McKechnie Cottage

This early 1900's antique cottage sits atop the Heights and provides a wonderful view of the Town Cove and the Atlantic Ocean beyond. Most of our tenants have been coming for 20-40 years, so this is a unique opportunity to find a place you will want to come back to for years to come. There are three bedrooms ( two with two twin beds, one with a queen bed), 1 bath, full kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave), internet cable, and DVD player. One of the bedrooms is accessed from the back porch-- perfect for teens and adults. The comfortable front porch has a view you won't want to leave.

You can watch the sunrise over the marsh and Town Cove from the porch while you sip a cup of coffee, and in the evening, take a quick ride (10 min) to the bay side to watch the sun set. Step back in time and relax.
